German Feast and Auction February 4

Corn, OK — Corn Bible Academy will be hosting the 53nd annual German Feast and Benefit Auction on Saturday, February 4, 2017.  The authentic German food to be served includes verenika and smoked sausage, sauerkraut and desserts patterned after food the Mennonite settlers of the area would have enjoyed in the early 1900’s.  For those interested in a current adaptation of the menu a grilled sausage sandwich with baked beans is also on the menu.  The noon meal is from 11:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. and the evening meal is from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.  The benefit auction consists of two separate events. Bidders can get involved in a silent auction/sale in the auditorium beginning at 10:00 a.m.  The live auction begins in the gymnasium at 1:00 p.m. All proceeds from the day benefit Corn Bible Academy.
