Corn, OKLA.–Braving the frigid cold front that blew through the Oklahoma plains on Monday night, a group of law-abiding freshman and sophomore girls from Corn Bible Academy formed a “posse” to search for the crooked gang of “outlaws,” otherwise known as the junior and senior girls of CBA. In a nighttime “shootout” on a grassy field southwest of the sleepy town of Corn, a defensive fight was on between the two teams in a battle for the 2009 PowderPuff victory. It is the wild, wild west, you know, and these shootouts are common when Sheriff Thiessen (a.k.a. Mark Thiessen, CBA Principal) has gone to Dodge.

All seriousness aside, the teams came out ready to rope n’ hang their opponents, and in a very low-shooting/scoring contest, the Posse saved the day and the sleepy town of Corn when in the last “draw” of the night, a touchdown was scored and no blood was shed.

Under the watchful eye of snake-oil salesman Earl Sawatzky, and with the circuit judges, Todd Smith, Sean Wanzer, Kenny Schimmer, and Terry Fellenstein on the field, the settlers from Corn witnessed the 2009 PowderPuff Shoot Out and a good time was had by all!

The End
